Janette Hogg is a qualified accountant having served the National Australia Bank (NAB) and the NSW TAFE Commission as a registrar for many years
In terms of charging for their professional services they advise that, as each individual’s needs vary, they will negotiate a specific retainer fee based upon the wants and needs of the individual. Once a fee for service has been agreed to with the TPI member, they will then apply a discount of 25% as a minimum. They fully acknowledge and greatly respect the significant contribution made by TPI members and our military personnel past, present and future in the service of our country and as such wish to give back any way possible.
They will also provide an over the phone free consultation for members and will email detailed information to those members based upon the type of enquiry made in each case. This is a completely free service, and members are not required to enter into any form of agreement or to sign anything.
They invite all members to call as a first point of reference so that each individual situation can be carefully reviewed and privately dealt with.
